  2. Ville lige komme tilbage efter at have læst dine ord Melina,- ja en tur i naturen, er god til at føle sig til stede i nuet, og en god film i tv, er god til at glemme her og nu .....
    Jeg håber for dig, du med tiden får det bedre , måske gennem en ny måde at leve på med din mad, stresse ned, og meditation some du siger. Stort klem, fra mig . xxx
